Double Digits was born from a shared conviction: SEO can be done better.

We noticed that SEO work in this market often becomes too generic, with much of the advice starting to look the same. Audits become long, but not always sharp. Strategies sound good on paper, but don’t always hold up in reality. And complex projects are sometimes handled by people who don’t yet have the experience to oversee the full impact.

We wanted to build an agency that is different in exactly those areas. Smaller, more specialized, and substantively stronger. We are experienced SEO specialists who continue to challenge each other. We take a critical look and deliver work that truly helps a client move forward.

Senior SEO Specialist

At Double Digits, we are looking for an SEO specialist who wants more than just “executing work.” Someone who wants to become substantively sharp, take responsibility, and work in an environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, and fun go hand in hand. We are building a premium SEO agency for ambitious brands, with a strong focus on e-commerce, technology, and migrations. No assembly-line work, no unnecessary layers, no low-level SEO work, but making a real impact. Instead: smart thinking, challenging issues, great clients, and a team that makes each other better.

A salary between €4,100 and €5,600 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience and level.

This is what your job looks like

You lay the foundation for a sustainable SEO strategy, create roadmaps, and determine the priority of SEO initiatives.
You identify growth opportunities and risks in areas such as crawlability, indexation, structure, content, and authority.
You participate in client projects with a strong focus on e-commerce, where you are involved both substantively and strategically.
You contribute ideas on website structures, category setup, content structures, and technical points for improvement
You support migrations, implementations, and other SEO projects where quality and accuracy are essential.
You collaborate with other specialists, developers, marketers, and client teams to actually get SEO improvements implemented.
You help translate analyses into clear tickets, advice, and next steps that clients can truly move forward with.
You contribute ideas on how we can further strengthen Double Digits as an agency in terms of quality, processes, and service.

You have gained relevant SEO experience on the agency side or in-house and want to take the next step in your development as an SEO specialist.
